2. Scheduled Site Survey and Assessment
After contacting us, we will communicate and agree on when we can do a free site survey and assessment to get more details from the site. We will also discuss what other options are available and what would work best with a bias towards maximum security for your premises. A client (you) may also request for an estimated quotation before scheduling a site survey. This is very ideal for budgeting purposes or where the electric fencing will be done later on in the project.
3. Quotation and Client Brief
Following our site survey, we will share a quotation for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electric Fence. We, Electric Fences Kenya, will send the quotation within 24 hours after the site survey. For large projects, a Bill of Quantity is prepared for discussion with the client.
4. Discussion, Discounting and Agreement
Our quotation is not final in terms of pricing and options available, we will be very happy to extend some discount and we will also be very happy to discuss some options which we may have noted on the quotation. This include choice of energizer machine and type of razor wires. At Electric Fences Kenya, we have different brands of energizer machines including Nemtek, JVA, Stafix, Hammer among many others. Razor wire, is available in various dimensions including 450mm, 730mm and 980mm. In addition, Razorwire is available as hot dipped galvanized razor wire and PVC coated razor wire for an added lifetime.
5. Supply and Installation of Electric Fence in Kenya
After agreement on the financial terms, we will schedule the installation of the electric fence. If the site is in Nairobi, we can schedule for a team to do the installation within the same week or even after a day depending on our work schedule. For large scale projects including game fencing and farm fences, we will arrange for delivery of materials from our suppliers including fencing posts. Depending on the schedule,we should be able to deploy to the site within two weeks or at most three weeks.
6. Testing and Commissioning of electric fence in Kenya
After the installation of electric fence, our team will test the electric fence including voltage across the fence, fence alarms and integrity of the fence. Thereafter we will walk the client through various scenarios of the electric fence system. These includes; switch on and off the energizer machine, electric fence alarm and maintenance of the electric fence.
7. Scheduled maintenance of the electric fence in Kenya
Like all systems, it is wise to have a maintenance contract for the electric fence. Regular maintenance ensures that your fence will always function perfectly at all time. Furthermore, a contract means you will avoid costly repairs of the electric fence. At Electric Fences Kenya, we have affordable quarterly, half-yearly and annual maintenance contracts.
